We hope every shopping experience with Almalibre SWIM brings you joy. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a one-time free exchange service.
Please carefully read the following guidelines before making a purchase. Placing an order will be considered as agreement to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Instructions
According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law and for hygiene reasons, swimwear is classified as intimate apparel and cannot be returned once the packaging is opened or the product has been tried on. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or remains completely unopened (including the outer courier bag).
Almalibre SWIM offers exchange only—we do not accept returns. Please ensure the correct style and size before purchase. If you ordered the wrong size or style, please follow the steps below:
🔁 Application Period & Process
– Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product
– Once approved, return the item within 3 days

📦 Exchange Requirements
– Product must be in brand-new, unworn condition (no washing, odors, or stains)
– Original packaging must be intact, including all accessories: hygiene sticker, hangtag, brand pouch, after-sale card, zipper bag, dust paper, shipping bag, and order receipt
– If tried on, please ensure no makeup residue is left on the item
🚚 Shipping Fees
– For non-defective exchanges, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
– Please include NT$80 in cash for reshipment fee when sending back the item
– You may choose your own return method or use our suggested options
✨ Defective Items
– All products are strictly inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, contact us on the day of receipt
– Please note that the following are not considered defects:
‣ Minor loose threads | ‣ Fabric odor | ‣ Slight misalignment in stitching that does not affect wear
❗ Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If
– Item has been worn, has creases, odors, or obvious signs of use
– Makeup or stains are present on the garment
– Hangtags or hygiene stickers are removed, or item has been altered
– Any accessories or promotional gifts are missing
– Packaging is incomplete or order receipt is missing
