We offer delivery to most countries worldwide.
For regions outside Taiwan (such as Hong Kong, Macau, China, and other international destinations), shipments will be made via Chunghwa Post , with freight collect. You will be asked to pay the shipping fee directly upon delivery.
Shipping costs vary depending on the package size and destination. For reference, please refer to the Chunghwa Post postage rate chart.
📌 Important Notes:
• Please make sure to provide accurate recipient name (passport name or legal full name) and a valid phone number for all international orders. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays, return to sender, or cancellation. If the package is returned due to incorrect contact details or failed delivery, the order will be canceled and all costs will be borne by the customer.
• All international taxes, import duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country. If your local courier or post office requests any duties or remote area surcharges at the time of delivery, the customer must cover these expenses.
